The goal of an ERP system health check is, independently of the chosen system and system management (intern, external assignments, outsourcing), to identify weaknesses and risks and provide improvement variables. In our experience, we have often come to the conclusion that even after a long period with good working systems in place, risks that are difficult to identify can be sensed.
